Alice Kay of Tewkesbury, being sick of the sickness whereof she died, in the presence of us whose names are subscribed, did give and bequeath all her goods, cattels, chattels and debts and leaseholds whatsoever, to her sister, Joan Richards during her life, and after her decease to the several children of the said Joan, to be divided equally between them, and being asked what she would give unto her brother, William Kay, in London, answered she would give him nothing, but her said sister Joan should have all.
