Last Will and Testament of Anne Fossett of Tewkesbury. Widow.

Memorandum that upon or about the tenth day of October in the year of our Lord 1651 Anne Fossett of Tewkesbury in the County of Gloucester, widow, being sick in bed in her dwelling house, in Tewkesbury aforesaid but of sound and perfect remembrance and understanding made and declared her last Will and Testament, Nuncupative, or by word of mouth, touching the disposing of her goods and personall estate as followeth, or to the like effect. Viz. she gave and bequeathed unto Francis and Anne Fossett, children of her husband Francis Fossett, deceased, by his former wife ten pounds apiece. Item she gave and bequeath unto John and Mary Fossett, her children by the afore said Francis her husband deceased, the sum of twenty and five pounds apeece. The said several legacies to be paid unto the severall legataries aforesaid within one year after her decease. The residue of her estate her legacys paid and funerals discharged, she gave and bequeathed between the four legataries abovenamed to be equally divided amongst them. And of this her said will she made and ordained the foresaid John Fossett her son, her whole Executor and further, Jacob Walker, Samuell Millard, Thomas Palmer, and John Pardy, of Tewkesbury her Overseers.
