Last Will and Testament of Ann Watson of Tewkesbury. Widow.

In the name of God amen, Anno Domini 1598 the fourth day of January I, Ann Watson of Tewkesbury in the county of Gloucester, widdow, sick and weak in body, but a good and perfect remembrance, thanks be to Almighty God, do make this my last wil land testament in manner and form following. First, I give and bequeath my soul to Almighty God, my maker and redeemer, and my body to the earth to be buried in the churchyard of Tewkesbury, and as touching my worldly possessions and goods, I dispose them as followeth. Item, I give unto Ann Tyrrett, the wiffe of John Tyrrett of Tewkesbury, my feather bed and bolster furnished. Item, I give unto Nicholas Hellifery and his wife Syble, my press standing in the hall. Item, I give and bequeathe unto Carlyne, my sister, now wife to Edward Harlie, my bed hangings of Arras, provided that there be some portions out of them distributed to my sister's children by the said Edward Harlie. Item I give unto Edward Watson the son of John Watson the standing bedstead in the chamber. All the rest of my goods, moveable and unmoveable whatsoever I give unto John Tyrrett to the end he should see my legacies and debts paid and my funerals discharged. And all other wills legacies, gifts and bequests whatsoever heretofore by me made do utterly renounce and null and make void by this present.
