The twelth day of July Anno Domini 1644.

Elizabeth Diston of Tewkesbury in the county of Gloucester, widow, being sick, yet of an able and disposing memory, made this nuncupative will and disposed her goods after this manner. First she gave all her goods to her sister Margaret Hegley during her life. And after her decease she gave all her said goods to her brother in law, John Hampton. Item, she gave unto John Diston's son of Treddington, two chairs and one stool.
