Memorandum.

I, Elizabeth Mansell, give unto my brother, William Mansell of Ashton Under Hill, the power to draw from the Savings Bank in Tewkesbury, all moneys that belong or may belong to me as a disposition. I otherwise empower and wish the said William Mansell to give out of any moneys that he may draw, unto my nephew George Mansell (after paying my debts and burial expenses) one fourth part of the same at any time the said George Mansell may marry or begin trade, or in case of any serious illnes of the said George Mansell, or at any time the said William Mansell think it may be of servivce to him. And I give my nephew George Mansell my bed and bedstead, chest of drawers, chairs, tables and other my household furniture.
