In the name of God amen I, Francis Sandlands of Tewkesbury in the county of Gloucester, Innholder, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make and ordain this to be my last will and testament in manner following, that is to say, First, it is my will that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be fully paid and satisfied from and out of the residuum of my personal estate. I give and devise all that my capital messuage, tenement or Inn called the Anchor wherein I now live, together with all and every my stables, outbuildings, lands, tenements and hereditaments situate, lying and being in the parish of Tewkesbury aforesaid with their and every of their appurtenances unto my brother in law Charles Moore and my sister Roberta, his wife, their heirs and assigns for ever, to and for their own use and benefit. Also I give and bequeath all my household goods, furniture, linen and plate with my brewing and stable utensils and all my stock of hay, corn, liquors, wine and spirits unto the said Charles Moore and Roberta his wife, to and for their benefit and advantage and I do hereby constitute and appoint the said Chales Moore and Roberta his wife, exectors of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made . In witness whereof I, the said testator, Francis Sandlands have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty third day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and two. Francis Sandlands Signed, sealed, published and declared by the testator Fraancis Sandlands as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses .
