In the name of God amen I, Georgw Moore the Elder of Tewkesbury in the county of Gloucester, butcher, being of a sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding (praised be God for the same) do write this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following (Viz) Imprimis, I give and bequeath unto my daughter Elizabeth the sum of five hundred pounds Sterling, and I give and bequeath unto my daughter Anne the like sum of five hundred pounds , and I give and bequeath unto my daughter Mary Greene the wife of John Green of Mathouse in the county of Worcester, gentleman, the clear sum of ten pounds yearly during her life which said annuity of ten pounds I will that my executor herinafter named shall pay into the proper hands of my said daughter Green, quarterly by equal portions for her own seperate use and disposal and that her husband shall have nothing to do therewith, and my will is that if my said daughter Mary Green or her husband John Green shall commence any suit or action against my executor for or on account of any share or interest which my said daughter Mary or her sais husband in their right shall have or pretend to have claim, challenge or demand of in to or out of the estate of my late son, John Moore, deceased, or give or put my executor to any trouble about the same, then the said annuity of ten pounds a year before given to my said daughter Mary Green shall cease and determine, and my executor shall have the benefit thererof. All my freehold messuages, lands, tenements and real estate whatsoever, and all the residue of my personal estate whatsoever, I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved son George Moore and his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns for ever. And I do make him my said son George Moore full and sole executor of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have to this my Last Will and Testament set my hand and seal this fourteenth day of November, anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and twenty two. George Moore.
