This is the last will and trestament of me, John Kings of Tewkesbury in the county of Gloucester, yeoman, for the disposition of that wordly estate wherewith I am blessed. First, I give unto my dear mother, Susannah Kings, all that my messuage or tenement , buildings, gardens, hereditaments and premises with the appurtenances, situate, lying and being in the High Street in Tewkesbury aforesaid wherein I now dwell ------- unto my said mother Susannah Kings and her assigns for and during the term of her natural life, and from and immediately after her decease I give and devise the said premises with the appurtenances unto my brother Robert Kings , his heirs and assigns for ever, subject to and chargeable nevertheless on the payment of ten pounds to be paid and applied towards the placing out of my nephew Thomas Kings Hayle apprentice to some trade, and also the further sum of ten pounds to my niece Susannah Hayle on her attaining the age of twenty one years, without any interest to be accounted for the same. Also I give and devise unto my said dear mother Susannah Kings all that my messuage or tenement, buildings, barns, stables, lands, hereditaments and premises with the appurtenances situate, lying and being at Hardwick and Kinsham in the parish of Bredon and in the said parish of Bredon or elsewhere in the county of Gloucester, to hold to her and her assigns for and during the term of her natural life. And from and immediately after her decease I give and devise the said just mentioned hereditaments and premises with the appurtenances unto my brother Thomas Kings, his heirs and assigns for ever. Subject to and chargeable nevertheless with the payment of the sum of twenty pounds apiece to my two sisters Martha Kings and Susannah Kings within twelve months next after the said Thomas Kings shall ------- unto and be in possession thereof to whom I give and bequeath the said accordingly, and also subject to an annuity or yearly ----- charge of six pounds to be paid to my said sister Susannah Kings for and during the term of her natural life, over and besides the bequest given to her as aforesaid. Also I give and bequeath unto my said brother Thomas Kings all my ready money, securities for money, goods, cattle, corn, hay, tack of -------, Implements of husbandry, effects and personal estates of what nature or kind soever or wheresoever, to have and to hold unto and to the use of my said brother Thomas Kings, his executors, administrators and assigns for ever, subject to and chargeable with the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses. And lastly I constitute and appoint my said brother Robert Kings sole executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me heretobefore made, have to this my last will and testament set my hand and seal this twenty second day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and seventy four. ----- John Kings.

Signed, sealed, published and declared by the said John Kings, the testator, as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who at his request and in his presence have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses the several ---- first made.
