This is the last will and testament of John Webb of Tewkesbury in the county of Gloucester, ironmonger, for the disposition of my real and personal estate wherewith I am blessed. First, I direct and order all my just debts to be paid and discharged and subject thereto and chargeable therewith, I give and devise unto my dear wife Ann Webb her heirs and assigns for ever, all and every my messuages, lands, tenements, hereditaments and premises, situate, lying and being in Tewkesbury aforesaid or elsewhere in Great Britain, to have and to hold the same messuages, lands, tenements and hereditaments with their appurtenances unto my said wife Ann Webb her heirs and assigns for ever. Also I give and bequeath unto my said dear wife Ann Webb, her executors and administrators and assigns all and singular my ------- ----- securities for money, stock in trade, goods, chattels and effects whatsoever and all that my personal estate of what nature or kindsoever ---- ----- nevertheless with the payment of my just debts as aforesaid, to have and to hold the same personal estate unto my said wife Ann Webb, her executors, administrators and assigns for ever. And I do hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my said wife, Ann Webb, sole executrix of this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time heretofore made. In witness whereof I, the said John Webb have hereunto set my hand and seal this sixth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and sixty six.
