Last Will and Testament of Lucy Whillock of Tewkesbury. Widow.

This is the last Wiil and Testament of me, Lucy Whillock of Tewkesbury in the county of Gloucester, widow. I give and bequeath to my son Georgw Whillock the sum of one hundred pounds, paid of the principal sum of two hundred pounds now due to me on security of the dwelling house and premises in his occupation in Barton Street in Tewkesbury aforesaid. Subject nevertheless to the payment of my funeral and testamentary expenses and to the legacy of three guineas to Samuel Ricketts hereinafter bequeathed and subject also to the said George Whillock indemnifying and ----- himself my estate hereinafter bequeathed, from any liability, debt or demand it may be otherwise subject to in respect of certain bond or obligation given by me to the trustees of my late husband which I direct shall be satisfied (if necessary) by my said son out of the bequest so made to him as aforesaid. I give unto my friend Samuel Ricketts of Tewkesbury aforesaid, druggist, the sum of three guineas. And as to all my furniture, goods, plate, linen, china, monies, personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever not hereinbefore bequeathed, I give and bequeath the same and every part thereof to my daughter Louisa Whillock to and for her own absolute use and benefit. And I appoint the said Samuel Ricketts and my said son George Whillock, joint executors of this my will. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this sixteenth day of May one thousand eight hundred and forty five.---- Lucy Whillock.

Signed by the said testatrix, Lucy Whillock in the presence of us both present at the same time who thereupon in her presence and in the presence of each other subscribe our names as witnesses.
