In the name of God amen I, Mary Taylor of Tewkesbury in the county of Gloucester, spinster, being mindful of my mortality do make this my last will and testament in manner and form following, that is to say; First I will and bequeath to my niece Mary Turner my silver spoon marked with M.T. Also I give and bequeath all my money and wearing apparel together with my share of my late mother's stock and household goods, and also all my personal estate of every sort and kind whatsoever to my sister Hester Turner, wife of John Turner, butcher. And I do hereby constitute and appoint my said sister Hester Turner sole executrix of this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former and other wills by me at any time made, I do allow and confirm this only. In witness whereof I, the said Mary Taylor to this my last will and testament have set my hand and seal this nineteenth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and fifty four.
