In nuncupation Thomas Leaper. Memorandum that upon the twenty first day of October, Anno Domini 1644, Thomas Leaper of Tewkesbury in the diocese of Gloucester being sick upon his bed in his dwelling house in Tewkesbury aforesaid, but of good and perfect memory, being desired by Anne Leaper, his wife, to make his will and dispose of his estate or goods, he said and replied unto the his said wife; I will leave all my goods to your disposing, and what you will then with them, or used words to the like effect, in the presence of those witnesses whose names are underwritten. William Turbottes mark. Afterwards, being required by those underwritten one day after to make his last will he replies, I have done it, trouble me no further. Proved 1644. |
