This is the Last Will and Testament of me, Thomas Osborne of Tewkesbury in the county of Gloucester, gentleman. I direct my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses to be paid out of my personal estate. The furniture and other effects in and about the house or premises I occupy with my daughter Kezia Osborne I have long since sold and assigned to her. I ratify and confirm such sale and declare the said furniture and effects to be her property. I give the whole of my real and personal estate to my son Peter Osborne his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns. Subject only and I hereby charge the same with the payment of the weekly sum of fourteen shillings to my daughter Kezia for the term of her life which weekly sum I give to her for her whole and seperate use and direct that shouild she marry, the same shall be free from and independent of the debts, control or engagements of her husband. And to the intent the same may be duly and regularly paid. I give to my said daughter full powers of ----- and ----- upon all or any part of my said estate for the recovery thereof. I appoint George Watson, the elder of Tewkesbury, bleacher, my sole executor. In testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand the tenth day of December one thousand eight hundred and thirty eight. Signed by the testator and declared to be his will in the presence of us who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses.
