Last Will and Testament of William Beale of Tewkesbury. Innholder.

That William Beale of Tewkesbury in the county of Gloucester, innholder, being sick of body but of sound and perfect memory, do make and ordain this to be my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following. Imprimis, I give and bequeath (my debts, and funeral expenses being fully paid) my house in the High Street in the occupation of Mr. Edward Wright, to her, my executrix, herinafetr named and her heirs forever. Item, I give to William Beale, son of Alexander Beale, my Brother, after the death of my executrix, all my three tenements and garden in the Church Street in the occupation of Nicholas Saunders, Richard Edwards, Thomas Bach and William Compton. Item. I give my stable and garden in Salters Lane after the death of my executrix to --------------------- equally to be divided between them. Item, I give and bequeath to Alexander Beale all my wearing apparel both linen and woollen except my old shirt which I now wear which I give to my servant, Thomas Surman. Item, I give to my three servants, Thomas Surman, Mabel Lacy and Anne ------- two shillings six pence a piece. Item, I give to my brother, Alexander, my signet with death's head. All the rest of my good chattles and chattels. I give and bequeath to my loving wife, Mary Beale whom I make sole executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.
