Memorandum that William Sowle of Tewkesbury in the county of Gloucester being in perfect memory did declare his last will and testament, nuncupative, in the presence of Cicilia? his wife, John Vickaridge ------, gent, John Sowle, gent, and Joan Hodges, in manneer following, He gave to his wife all the ----- ------ (as he witnessed ------) two hundred pounds. And all the rest that was his own he gave amongst his three children. and the other which his wife was then with child with, and wished that his sons should have the greatest part, and that if any of his children died, that child's part should be divided amongst the rest of his children. And that if all his children died, that their -------- part thereof shouild come to the said John Sowle his brother, and Katherin Corbett his sister. And he gave to his said brother John his best suite of clothes and his best coats and his servant Loxley? his old suite of clothes.
